Welcome to CallBD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CallBD mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by https://callbd.net ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using CallBD, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1 Description of Service

CallBD provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calling services that allow you to make voice calls over the internet to landlines and mobile phones worldwide. The Service also includes free app-to-app calling between CallBD users, contact management, and balance top-up functionality.

2 Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• • Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• ✕ Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• ✕ Make harassing, threatening, or abusive calls
• ✕ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• ✕ Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written authorization
• ✕ Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• ✕ Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service
• ✕ Use the Service for spam calls or bulk unsolicited communications

4 Payments & Billing

• • All balance top-ups are processed securely via Stripe or bKash
• • Calling rates are charged per minute as displayed in the app and on our website
• • App-to-app calls between CallBD users are free of charge
• • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
• • Prices may change with reasonable notice to users
• • You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• • Unused balance may expire as per our balance expiry policy

5 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control (network outages, force majeure events, etc.). VoIP services depend on your internet connection quality.

The CallBD app, its content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by https://callbd.net and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallBD and https://callbd.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account is non-refundable.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States.

11 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
